Andrew Owens is the Senior Product Manager for Interconnection & Peering at Teraco Data Environments, and is responsible for the design, commissioning and management of the NAPAfrica peering platform.
Ben worked in electronic and software design of satellite paging systems and systems support of Voice over IP networks before joining Econet group in 2002.
Since 2000 he has been working with the ISP industry in Tanzania, and is since 2003 active in the establishment and operation of the Tanzania Internet Exchange (TIX)
Hisham Ibrahim is the External Relations Officer – Technical Advisor (Middle East Regional Program Manager) at the RIPE NCC. (in charge for training programs, technical support and relations with RIPE NCC members and the MENOG community).
Jérôme helped build large ISPs in France, including Tiscali and Telecom Italia. He deployed one of the largest Local Loop Unbundling networks during the 2000 market deregulation in France.
