The introduction of the new B-BBEE Codes is quite significant and will have an impact of all sectors. The targets have been increased and minimum thresholds introduced. The new codes will be covered; how they have been streamlined to reduce the duplication of one element to another i.e Employment Equity and Management control, and what to look out for.
