A little less than a year ago, on 13 October 2015, Telkom unveiled Openserve, the company’s redesigned wholesale and networks division. A distinct business unit within the Telkom Group, with a more flexible and agile operating model, Openserve operates a more open access environment and brings a greater focus, accountability and customer-centricity to a wide range of wholesale services. We are very pleased to welcome Openserve back to iWeek to provide an update on their products, services and plans for the year ahead.
