Anthony is the Commercial Director of BDE Attorneys (Brimelow De Oliveira Ekerold Inc.) and is based primarily at BDE’s head offices in Westville, Kwa Zulu-Natal, however he spends much of his time servicing his large corporate clients all over South Africa and abroad.
Anthony has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) majoring in Economics and Law, a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) and Masters Degree in Commercial Law (LLM).
Anthony specializes almost exclusively in ICT and telecommunications law and is considered an expert in his field.
In addition to his day job as a commercial attorney, Anthony has served on WASPA’s Executive Management Committee as the Vice-Chairman and Legal Portfolio Manager since 2013 and his firm, BDE Attorneys, fulfills the outsourced Head of Complaints functions for WASPA’s external complaints process.
Anthony regularly gives presentations on mobile related topics including legal compliance and social media, and has authored a number of articles related to his preferred field of expertise.
Anthony is also an avid show-jumper and breeder of sport horses.
