Arthur Goldstuck - Managing Director: World Wide Worx


Arthur Goldstuck heads the World Wide Worx research organisation, leading groundbreaking research into how change is affecting business, and presents his insights to audiences across the globe. World Wide Worx produces the most widely accepted statistics for Internet use in South Africa.

Goldstuck is also an award-winning writer, analyst and commentator on Internet, mobile and business and consumer technologies, and was a finalist in the Computer Society of South Africa’s IT Personality of the Year awards in 2010 and 2012. As a journalist, he was news editor of the Weekly Mail (now the Mail & Guardian), South African correspondent for Billboard, and a writer for publications ranging from the defunct Friend of Bloemfontein to the Times of London.

He publishes the online consumer technology magazine Gadget.co.za, and is author of 18 books. His weekly gadgets column is the most widely syndicated technology column in South Africa. He also writes a weekly technology trends column for the Sunday Times. His science fiction short stories have been published in a wide range of publications, and he still aspires to being a writer one day.
