Olatunde Awobuluyi - Trainer, AFRINIC

Olatunde Awobuluyi currently works as a trainer with the Capacity Building team at AFRINIC. He develops training content and delivers IPv6 training workshops in different countries in Africa. Olatunde used to be a Cisco Academy instructor in Nigeria and Scotland. In the recent past, he also worked as a lecturer at Edinburgh College, West-Lothian College and the University of the West of Scotland.

His current interest and research hobby is in Software-Defined Networks (SDN), an area he has conducted extensive research in (particularly in the area of traffic engineering), written a couple of research papers on and always likes to make a presentation about at the various Network Operators Group conferences in Africa.

If Olatunde is not in a particular African country preaching the gospel of technologies mature enough to be in Africa, he is engaged in a cross country bike riding tour of the beautiful island of Mauritius where he is currently based.
