Sales Manager: New Business, MTN Business
Wayne started his career off at MTN Business (then known as UUNET) in Customer Services and Support, when he joined the company in 2002. From here, Wayne moved into the Sales Department and 8 years later, appointed as the Sales Manager for New Business bringing with him a solid understanding of MTN Business’s brand pillars. In this role, Wayne is primarily responsible for the acquisition and forging of new client business partnerships within the Gauteng region. Additionally, Wayne along with his trusty team of sales personnel, drive sales and go-to-market positioning of MTN Business’s new product and service solutions.
Prior to working at MTN Business, Wayne worked for CEB Maintenance as a Senior Field Engineer as well as headed up the installation department that serviced retail companies for the likes of Foschini, Woolworths, Mr Price Group and MetCash Group.
Wayne holds a National Diploma in Computer Engineering from Oval International Computer College based in Durban.
