ISPA Code of Conduct workshop

Session description:

As part of ISPA’s recognition as an Industry Representative Body in terms of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, members are bound by a Code of Conduct, and ISPA handles complaints lodged by the public against members who may be in breach of the Code.

This workshop is intended to review member feedback on ISPA’s Code, and examine its effectiveness in protecting consumers and providing value to ISPA’s members. It will be facilitated by ISPA’s Regulatory Advisor, Dominic Cull.
