Alan has worked in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) space for 13 years starting off with Netactive Internet (1997 – 2001) where he was employed as the Call Centre & Customer Service Manager.

He then moved to Vodacom Worldonline for a brief period as the Customer Service Manager followed by 7 years at Internet Solutions (2002 – 2009) where he ended off as the General Manager of Internet Access.
Alan is currently employed as the Portfolio Head of Internet Access at Neotel.
