Daryl has worked in the satellite, telecommunications and IP network industries for over 20 years, lending his talents to several manufacturing, construction and financial services organizations in South Africa and Asia as both a project contractor and consultant.
In addition, Daryl managed several large ICT projects including the ”construction phase” network for the Alusaf Hillside Aluminum Smelter project in Richard’s Bay, South Africa; the launch of retail e-commerce company Priceline.com in Asia for Hutchison-Whampoa, Hong Kong; designed and deployed a metropolitan area network for AS Watson retail stores across Asia and the launch of an ISP, Accelon in Nigeria.
Daryl’s diverse background and experience gives him a keen understanding of the necessary process, design criteria and governance issues needed to ensure successful implementation of data and telecommunications infrastructure solutions.
