The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act introduced a take-down notice process which provides limitations on liability to ISPs who are members of a recognised body, and accept take-down notices. This workshop provides an overview of how the process work, both from the point of view of an ISP getting a notice, and from the perspective of someone wishing to complaint about unlawful content:
