The Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 has significant implications for all South African businesses, but especially so for ISPs, who often handle significant amounts of customer information. The Information Regulator has now been established, and is empowered to monitor compliance with the legislation. This half-day workshop is perfect for ISP business managers and compliance officers, but also helpful to any ISP staff who handle personal information as part of their day-to-day work.
